After my debts and funeral expences are paid I give and bequeath all the Remainder of property I may be possessed of at the time of my death that is to say all money interest of money debts or payments due household furniture plate linen china or of whatsoever other kind or description the same may be to my wife Ann Leach
and from and after the death of my wife I give and bequeath the same that is to say all the property I may die possessed of of whatsoever kind or description the same may be as aforesaid to my Wife�s niece Sarah the wife of George Rigden of the parish of Minster in the County of Kent Miller for her sole use and benefit
and furthermore if she Sarah the wife of George Rigden should not survive me and my Wife then and in that case I give the same that is to say all the property I may die possessed of of whatsoever kind or description the same may be to the said George Rigden the husband of Sarah Rigden my wife�s niece
And I appoint the said George Rigden of Minster aforesaid to be Executor of this my Will
