All that my messuage Ground and pr[e]misses with the Appurt[enance]s in Deale aforesaid now in my Occupacon being Leasehold Estate And alsoe all
and singuler my goods Chattells moveables and personall Estate whatsoever and wheresoever of what nature kind or quality soever
I give and bequeath unto my welbeloved wife Ursula Lee her Executors Administrators and Assignes (after payment and discharge of my debts,
Funeral Expences and Charges of Probate of this my Will)
And I doe hereby make ordaine and appoint my said wife Ursula full and sole Executrix of this my Will,
And revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made, I doe make and declare this onely for my true and last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said John Lee have hereunto set my hand and Seale the two and twentieth day
of Aprill Anno Dini 1706, and in the fifth Yeare of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lady Queene Anne over England &c.

day of the Date thereof in the prsence of us Witnesses, who subscribed our names in the prsence of the said Testator
