In the Name of God Amen I Ursula Lee of Deale in the County of Kent Widow being aged and weak in body, but of sound Mind and Memory, and considering the Uncertainty of this Life, do make and declare this my last Will and Testament in Manner following,
First I comend my Soule unto Almighty God my Maker and my Body to the Earth from whence it is, and as for my worldly Estate I give and bequeath the same as followeth (that is to say)

after payment of my debts, Funeral Charges and probate of my Will, I give and bequeath all and singular my Leasehold Messuage and Ground with the Appurten[an]ces in Lease now in my own Occupacon and also all and singular my Goods Chattells Moveables household stuffe and personal Estate, whatsoever and wheresoever of what Nature kind or quality soever unto my Grandaughter Rebecca Patrick of Deale aforesaid Spinster her Executors Administrators and Assigns
In Trust nevertheless that she bring up povide for and educate my grandaughter Ursula Bowden with the same Estate, so long as the Value thereof will permit

And I do make constitute and appoint the said Rebecca Patrick full and sole Executrix of this my Will,
and revoking all former Wills by me made I do make and declare this only for my true and last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Ursula Lee have hereunto set my hand and seale the fourth day of January Anno Dini 1710/11 and in the Ninth Year of the Reigne of Queene Anne over Great Britain &c.
