I give and bequeath unto my GrandDaughter Anne Underdown (Wife of John Underdown of Deal aforesaid, Pilot) and to her Executors Administrators and Assigns All that south part of a Messuage or Tenement in Deal wherein I now dwell consisting of a Sellar a low Room a Chamber and Garret and also a cellar under the Brewhouse together with the Use of the Brewhouse and Yard there and all way priviledges and Appurtenancesas now by me used and enjoyed
And I give and bequeath the other North part of the said Messuage or Tenement which is now in the Occupation of William Snawsell [Snoswell] together with the use of the said Brewhouse and Yard and all ways and Privilidges thereto belonging unto my said GrandDaugher Mary Addison, (Wife of John Addison of Deal aforesaid, Mariner) and to her Executors Administrators and Assigns All which said Messuage and premises are Leasehold Estate under the Lord Archbishop of Canterbury
Item I give devise and bequeath all those my two peices or parcells of arable Land in Great Mongeham and all other my Lands and Hereditaments whatsoever in the County of Kent unto my GrandDaughter Elizabeth Gardner (Wife of Charles Gardner of Deal aforesaid, Pilot) and to her Executors and Assigns forever
Item I give and bequeath unto my said GrandDaughter Anne Underdown my Clock and Case and also
the Sum of Five pounds of lawfull money of Great Britain
Item I give all my wearing Apparel both Linnen and Woollen to Elizabeth Underdown Daughter of the
said Ann Underdown and Elizabeth Gardner Daughter of the said Elizabeth Gardner equally to be divided between them
Item I give to my Grandchild Anne Rochford two Guineas of Gold
Item I give to my Grandchildren Gyles Smith and John Smith each of them One Guinea of Gold
Item All and singular the rest Residue and Remainder of my Goods Chattells and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever of what Nature Kind or Quality soever I give and bequeath unto my said GrandDaughters Anne Underdown Elizabeth Gardner and Mary Addison equally to be divided between them share and share alike (after payment of my Debts Legacys Funeral Charges and Charges of Probate of my Will and all incident(al) Charges about the Execution of the same)
And I do make ordain and appoint the said Anne Underdown full and sole Executrix of this my Will and revokeing all Former Wills by me made, I do make and declare this only for my true and last Will and Testament contained in this one Sheet of written Paper

Eleanor Lee was buried 20th February 1727/28 at St. Leonard, Deal, Kent.
John Underdown married Ann Sole 27th December 1705 at St. Leonard’s.
John Addison married Mary Sole 23rd January 1721/22 at St. Leonard’s.
