Item I will to Isabell my wife my house & land that I now dwell in during the time of her natural life
& after the decease of Isabell my wife I will my said house & land to my brother William Leede of Tenterden for the term of his life
and after the decease of my said brother William I will it to his son Christopher Leede in fee simple forever.
Item I will that there be bestowed at my burial at the discretion of my executrix xiid and that she see me honestly buried.
