Item I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth my wife and to her heirs forever my house and tenement wherein I now dwell with all the houses stables gardens yards backside and other appurtanances whatsoever to the said messuage and tenement in any wise belonging and appertaining.
Item I give and bequeath unto the said Elizabeth my wife all and singular my goods and chattels of what kind nature or quality soever the same be and lastly I do make and ordain the Said Elizabeth my wife my sole executrix of this my last will and testament
