Item I give and bequeath unto Judith my wife my silver bowl.
Item I give and bequeath unto every one of my three sons William, Lambert and Edward Leedes the sum of ten pounds of lawful money of England to be paid unto every one of them at their several ages of 21 years and if any one of them shall fortune to depart this life before his said age of 21 years then my will is that the other surviving shall have his or their legacy or legacies so dying.
Item I give and bequeath unto Judith my daughter the sum of ten pounds of lawful money of England to be paid unto her within two years next after my decease.
Item I give and bequeath unto James Brenne my wife�s son the sum of ten pounds of lawful money of England to be paid unto him within three years next after my decease (if he shall be then living) upon condition that he the said James shall (upon the payment of the said money) make seal and deliver unto my executor a sufficient general release of all debts duties rekonings accounts and demands whatsoever.
Item I give and bequeath unto Thomas Leedes my son all such rights tithe interest claim and demand whatsoever as I now have or may or might have claim or demand of or in all that messuage or tenement lands and premises to the same belonging with their appurtenances situate lying and being at Keldowne in Goudhurst aforesaid with which I late had and purchased of Thomas Tymson to have and to hold the same unto the said Thomas my son his executors administrators and assigns in a full and complete manner and form as I myself may or might have claim or demand the same.
The residue of all and singular my moveable goods and chattels whatsoever before not willed given or bequeathed (my debts legacies and funeral expences being first paid and discharged) I will give and bequeath unto the aforesaid Judith my wife and Thomas my son whom I make and ordain my full and whole executors of this my present last will and testament.
