In the Name of God Amen I Richard Lepper of Garden Street Brampton in the Parish of Gillingham County of Kent being of sound and disposing mind and perfect memory but considering the uncertainty of this life do make and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say
First and principally I resign my Soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave it trusting through the merits of my Redeemer to receive pardon for all my sins and my body to the earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executors hereinafter named

And as to my Personal Property whether in goods or monies the same to become the property of my dearly beloved Wife Winefred Lepper the whole to be sold and the money arising therefrom to be funded in Bank or Government securities the interest of which is to be received by my said Wife Winefred during the term of her natural life and further that she shall be allowed to draw on the principal if required for any sum not to exceed ten pounds in any one year

after her decease the remainder is to be divided into three equal parts
James Mantle Butcher and Betsey his Wife to have one part
and Winefred and George Lepper to the other two parts share and share alike

And lastly I do hereby nominate James Mantle Butcher and my Wife Winefred Lepper to be joint Executors in the due performance and execution of this my Will
