In the Name of God Amen I John Lethieullier of the Parish of Sutton at Hone in the County of Kent Esquire being at this time of Sound Mind and Memory Do make this my last Will and Testament

and In Testimony of the Great Love I bear unto my Dear Wife Anne Lethieullier Do (over and above what I have already Settled upon her upon my Marriage) Give and bequeath unto my said Wife and to her Heirs for ever All those my Several Manors of Sutton at Hone Ronyhill otherwise Rowhill and Grandison otherwise Wilmington Situate in the County of Kent together with all and Singular the Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Appurtenances to the said Several Manors belonging and all my Right Title Interest and Estate of in and to the same

And I Also Give and bequeath unto my said Dear Wife and to her Heirs for ever All such other Real Estates whatsoever whereof I shall die Seized Possesed of or Intitled unto in the Kingdom of England or elsewhere
And I Also Give unto my said Dear Wife All my Personal Estate of what Kind or Denomination soever

And I do Constitute and Appoint my said Dear Wife and to her Assistances my Worthy Friend Sir Crisp Gascoyne Knight and Alderman of London Executors of this my Will

And I do Give the said Sir Crisp Gascoyne and to my Brother William Lethieullier and my Sister Mary Scrimsour Five Guineas each for a Ring

In Witness whereof I have hereunto and also to a Duplicate thereof of the same Tenor and Date set my hand and Seal this Sixth day of May In the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Fifty Five John Lethieullier
