This is the last Will and Testament of me Isaac Levy of High Street Blue Town Sheerness in the Parish of Minster in the Isle of Sheppey in the County of Kent Green Grocer and General dealer

I give devise and bequeath unto my Wife Frances Levy All and every my lands tenements and hereditaments and real estate whatsoever and wheresoever which I shall die seized possessed of or entitled to
And also all and every my household furniture and effects stock in trade and securities for money
And all other my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever
To have and to hold the said messuages lands tenements and hereditaments real and personal estate unto my said Wife Frances Levy her heirs executors administrators and assigns for her and their own absolute use and benefit

And I appoint my said Wife Frances Levy Executrix of this my Will which I declare only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this sixteenth day of March in the Year One thousand eight hundred and fifty five Isaac Levy
