This is the last Will and Testament of me James Loader of the Lord Bloomfield Plumsted Common in parish of Plumstead in the County of Kent

I desire that my funeral expences and all my just debts and the expense of proving this my Will be in the first place paid
I give and bequeath unto my Sister Diana the sum of One hundred pounds
I give and bequeath unto my Sister Emma the sum of One hundred pounds
I likewise give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Shorter the housekeeper of my Father the like sum of one hundred pounds

the rest and remainder of my property that I may die possessed of I give and bequeath unto my Wife Mary Sophia for her own sole and seperate use

I hereby nominate and appoint Mr Thomas Goodman of the Crown Inn Dulwich in the County of Surrey to be Executor to this my Will

whereunto I have set my hand and seal this first day of February One thousand eight hundred and fifty two - James Loader
