The Last Will and Testament Nuncupative of Richard Longley late whilst he lived of the Parish of Smarden within the County of Kent and Archdeaconry of Canterbury decesd. [deceased] by him published and declared in the time of his sickness whereof he dyed and on the 16th day of February in the year of our Lord God according to the Computacon of the Church of England 1668 he departing this Life the next day following being thence though sicke and weake in body yet of good and pfect [perfect] minde and memory, having a full intent and purpose to dispose of his estate and make his will by word of mouth in these or the like words following vizt.

He gave and bequeathed to his sonn Richard Longley the sum of one shilling
and the like summe of one shilling to Joseph Longley one other of his sonnes
to be paid unto them within one moneth next after his decease
And he did forgive unto his daughter Ann Homan als [alias] Longley the sume of Tenn shillings which she owed unto him

and all the rest of his goods he gave and bequeathed to his sonn in Law John Rollins and him he appointed and nominated to be his full and whole Executor
in the presence and knowing of Peter Greene and Robert Rich witnesses hereunto subscribed
