Item I Give and bequeath to my Wife Ruth the Can and Chorn Pail and Milk pans and One Great Chair
Item I also allow my said wife Ruth to have and Enjoy all the house hold Goods that are now lent to her
son and also to harry off from my dwelling house all and every the piece or parcell of household Goods
that she shall say was properly hers when I married (viz) them which were hers before our Marriage
when and where forever she pleases without any hindrance or Molestation from my Executor of any other
Item my daughters Mary Smith Elizabeth Johnson and my Sons Henry and Stephen Longley I have Given and they have received their several and particular portions and my Will is they shall have nothing more of my Worldly Goods or money
Item I Give and bequeath to my Two Daughters Deborah and Sarah Longley the sum of Ten pounds a piece of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to them and each of them within six months after my decease
Item the Residue and Remainder of my household Goods and Chattels I Give and bequeath to my son
John Longley whom I make and Ordain Executor of this my Will and I will and require him to pay all
my debts and Legacys herein before by me Given and Bequeathed
Item I Will and desire my Friend Abraham Flint to be overseer of this my Will to see that every thing
herein be legally performed and to deside And Finally determin any difference that may arrise between any of the persons
herein concerned if any should happen betwixt any or either
In Witness whereof I the said Henry Longley have to this my last Will and Testament At my hand and seal this Twenty Ninth day of
July in the Sixth Year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lord George the Second of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of
the Faith etc. and in the Year of Our Lord Christ One Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty Two

Longley by him the said Henry Longley in the presence of us

The above written Will was proved the Third day of April 1733 before the Worshipful Edward Kinaston Doctor of Laws Surrogate to the Worshipful George Lis Doctor of Laws Official etc. by the Oath of Edward Longley son of the deceased and Executor therein named to whom Admon. of the Goods etc. of the deceased was committed he being sworne well and truly to perform the same.
Notes: Henry Longley was buried at St. Mary, Ashford on 19th February 1733.
