Item I give and devise unto my loving Wife Anne for and during the Term of her natural life
all that my Messuage or Tenement with the Barn Stable outhouses Buildings Garden Orchards Backside Lands
Hereditaments and Premises with their and every of their Appurtenances thereunto belonging Situate lying and being in
the several parishes of Bapchild and Tong or one of them in the County of Kent and now in the occupation of Lance Poole or his assigns
and from and after the decease of the said Anne my wife I give and devise the said Messuage Lands Tenements and
Hereditaments unto my son Peter Loubert and to his heirs for ever
Item I further give and devise unto my said loving Wife Anne for and during the Term of her natural life all that my
Messuage or Tenement outhouses Buildings Lands Hereditaments and Premises with their and every of their
Appurtenances thereunto belonging Situate lying and being in the parish of Chislett in the County of Kent and in the Tenure
or occupation of John Lilly or his assigns
and from and after the decease of the said Anne my wife I give and devise the said Messuage Lands Tenements and Hereditaments unto my son
Samuel Loubert and to his heirs for ever
Item I also give and bequeath unto my loving Wife Anne all my household Goods Furniture and silver plate
Item I give and bequeath to the Poor of the Walloon Church in or near the City of Canterbury the
sum of Twenty Pounds of lawfull money of Great Britain
I also give and bequeath the further sum of Ten Pounds to be paid into the hands of the Elders of the said Walloon Church and to
be applied and disposed of by them either towards the repairing and amending of the said Church or towards the Ministry
Item I give and bequeath unto my Brother Joseph Loubert the sum of Ten pounds of like lawfull money
I give and bequeath unto my Brother James Loubert the like sum of Ten pounds
Item I give and bequeath to my Sister Mary Blackmore wife of William Blackmore or the sum of Ten pounds of like lawfull money
I likewise give and bequeath unto my Nephew James Loubert son of my late Brother John Loubert deceased the sum of Ten Pounds of
like money and to be paid to him at his respective age of Twenty one years
Item I give to my yearly Servant maid that shall happen to live with me at the time of my decease the sum of Forty shillings
And as to and concerning one Third Part of all my Goods Chattels and other Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever after my Just debts Legacys Funeral Expences the Charges of proving and Executing this my last Will and Testament and other Incident Charges are satisfyed I give and bequeath the same to my loving wife Anne
One other third part of the same Goods Chattels and other Personal Estate after Payment aforesaid I
give and bequeath to my loving son Peter Loubert
also when my loving son Samuel Loubert shall come to and attain his age of Twenty one years I give and bequeath unto him the
remaining third part of the residue of my said Goods Chattels and other Personal Estate
and I do hereby make constitute and appoint my loving wife Anne Executrix and my son Peter Loubert Executor of this my last Will and
Testament
and I do hereby revoke and make void all other wills by me at any time or times heretofore made and do publish and declare this to be
and contain my last will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said Samuel Loubert the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament contained in two Sheets of Paper set my hand
to the first sheet and my hand and seal to the last sheet this fifth day of December in the year of Our Lord One thousand
seven hundred and Thirty nine Samuel Louberd
