In the Name of God Amen I Ann Loubert of the City of Canterbury Widow being, Praised be God, of Sound and Disposing Mind Memory and Understanding Do make my last Will and Testament in Writing and after comitting my Soul to Almighty God and my Body to the Earth to be decently buried according to the Discretion of my Executor hereinafter named I Dispose of my Temporal Estate as follows

First I Give unto my Son Samuel Loubert Two thousand and Five hundred pounds Old South Sea Annuities

Item I Give and bequeath unto my Son Peter Loubert All the Rest residue and remainder of my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever which I shall be Possessed of or Intitled to at the time of my Decease

And I do make Constitute and Appoint my said Son Peter Loubert whole and Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament
And I do hereby revoke and make Void all former Wills and Testaments whatsoever by me heretofore made And I do Publish and Declare these Presents to be and contain this my only last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twenty fourth day of October in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty the Mark of Ann Loubert
