I Give and Devise unto my Wife Magdalen Loubert and to her Heirs for ever All my Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Real estate whatsoever and wheresoever
Also I Give and Bequeath my Two thousand one Hundred Pounds Stock in the new Joint Stock of South Sea Annuities unto the two Daughters now living of my late Brother Samuel Loubert deceased to be Equally divided between them and to be Transferred within three Callendar months next after my decease
Also I Give and bequeath unto Ann Dyce of the
said City of Canterbury Widow the Sum of three hundred Pounds which she
Stands indebted to me and for the Security of which with Interest at three
Pounds per Centum She had Given me a Mortgage upon her Dwelling House
Also I Give and bequeath unto the said Ann Dyce the further Sum of Two hundred
Pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain to be paid unto her within three
Calendar Months next After my decease
Also I Give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Martin who formerly Lived with me as a Servant
One thousand Pounds Stock Part of my Stock Interest or Share in the Capital or Joint Stock Enacted by an
Act of Parliament of the Twelfth year of the Reign of his late Majesty King
George the first for ......ing to his Majesty the Sum of One Million to be Raised
by way of a Lottery to be paid unto her within three Calendar Months next After my Decease
Also I Give unto the said Elizabeth Martin the Sum of Fifty Pounds
of lawful Money of Great Britain to be paid unto her within One Month next after my Decease
Also I Give and bequeath unto the said Magdalen my Wife All the
Rest and Residue of my Personal Estate whatsoever not hereby otherwise
disposed of as aforesaid
And I do make and Appoint the said Magdalen my Wife
Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
