Item I will and bequeath to the poore people of the parishe aforesaid the some of Fyftene shillings to be payde unto them the daye of my buryall
Item I gyve to Valerin Ketlewell, Clerk, Curate of Chistlet the some of Fyve shillings
Item I gyve also to Peter Fairman of the said p[ar]ish of Chistlet, yeoman the some of fyve shilings both these to be payde also at the daye
of my buryall
Item I will and bequeath unto my sonne Henry Luckett the some of Tenn pounde to be payde unto him at the age of one and twentye yeres
Item I gyve to Frances my Wife all my moveable goods and Cattells that shall remayne after the payment of the Ten pounds and legacies
aforesaid and after the payinge of (my) debts hereunder written
Item yf it please God that my sonne Henry doe dye wthout heires of his body Lawfully begotten I gyve unto my wyfe Frances the aforesaid some of Ten
pounds To have the use of it duringe her naturall life And after her decease I gyve it unto John Pantrie my godsonne, the sonne of
my syster Joane the wife of Thom[a]s Pantrie his heires and assignes forev[e]r.
Item yf it please God that the said John Pantrie doe dye wthout heires of his bodie Lawfully begotten I doe bequeath unto Willm Cadman and
Valentyne Cadman the sonnes of Dannell Cadman late of Chistlett deceased the aforesaid some of Tenn pounds to be equally devyded betweene them
Item I owe to Richard Hampton of the p[ar]ish of Chistlet, yeoman The some of fower pounds to be payde wthin the space of a moneth after the
feast of Easter last past
Item I owe unto Willm Knowler of the said pish of Chistlett Yeoman, the some of Syxtene shillings & tenn pence for a sealme [seame] of
malt, whereof I have received halfe at w[hi]ch tyme I payde him in hand Nyne shillings, the syxtene shillings tenn pence to be payde at the delivery
of the other halfe sealme of malt
Item I owe unto Willm Ewell of Herne, Yeoman three shillings
Item I ordeyne my wife Frances my sole Executrix and Peter Fairman my overseer
