Item I give unto my sonne John Luckett the house and all my lands when he shall come to the age of one & twoenty yeares
Item I will and give unto Margarett my daughter when shee shall come to eighteene yeares of age five pound
Item I will and give unto Ann my daughter when shee shall come to eighteene yeares of age five pound
Item I will and give unto Thomasine my daughter when shee shall come to eighteene yeares of age five pound
Item I will and give that when my sonne John shall pay unto his mother one Annualty [Annuity] of twoenty shillings yearely in equall porcon halfe yearely, yf it shall happen this yearely Annualty shalbe behind and unpaid Then it shalbe laufull for Elizabeth my wife to destresse and strayne & hold untill shee is fully paid and satisfyed
Item I will and give unto Elizabeth my wife all the profit of my landes untill my sonne shall come of
age, my moveable goodes and Chattell, my debts and legaceys being paid and dischardged
Item I ordayne and make Elizabeth my wife my whole Executor of this my last Will and Testament

John Luckett and Elizabeth Williamson, both of Fordwich, married on 12 Oct 1608 at St. Mary the Virgin, Fordwich, Kent.
