This is the last Will and Testament of me Martha Luck of Platt in the Parish of Wrotham in the County of Kent Widow made published and declared the nineteenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty three
first I do desire to be decently buried by and at the discretion of my Executor after named

also I give and bequeath all my ready money and securities for money debts goods Chattels and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever my debts and funeral expences being first paid and satisfied unto my nephew John Pagitt to and for his own use

and I appoint the said John Pagitt sole Executor of this my Will and I do revoke all former Wills by me made and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament
