after payment of my just debts and funeral expenses I hereby give and bequeath all
my estate real and personal unto my household I notify Mary Luddington
and of this my will I constitute and appoint the said Mary Luddington together with Mr
Michael Phillips of London the relevant executors.
In witness whereof I have here
unto this will signed and seal this twenty eighth day of February in the year of our
Lord 1766 Wm Luddington. Signed sealed published and declared as and for my
last will and testament in the presence

This will was proved at London on this twenty eighth day of February of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty six before the worshipful George Harris Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or commission of the prerogative court of Canterbury lawfully instituted by oath of Michael Phillips one of the Executors in the said will to whom administration of all and singular the goods chattels and effects of the said deceased was granted in having been first sworn duly to administer power recorded of making this like grant to Mary Luddington widow, the mother of the said deceased and the other executor whom she shall apply for the same.
