First my mind and will is, that my Executrix and Executor hereinafter named do receive all my dues and pay all my just Debts and Funeral expences
And my will is that Susanah my beloved wife should continue the Business I am now in in the shop keeping way except the Coopering which it is my will that she should put off.
And my will also is, that my Executrix and my Executor do make or cause to be made a true and just Inventory of all my Household Goods (excepting what my wife had at the time of our marriage) of my stock in trade and Personal Estate which when made and as much of my dues received as can be, and all my just debts paid or deducted therefrom then my will is, that the Sum or amount that shall remain shall be equally divided share and share alike between my said wife, my son Robert, my daughter Mary and Ann, and each of my Children to be paid the Dividend on arriving at the age of twenty one years.
Lastly I nominate and appoint my said wife Susanah my Executrix and my Brother in Law James Hodges Executor, jointly of this my last Will and Testament.
In Witness hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the year and day above written.

that the Goods Chattels and Credits do not Amount in Value to the Sum of Four hundred and fifty pounds.
