In dei noie amen [In the name of God Amen] The thirteeth day of March in the yeare of our Lord God 1624
I Joane Lunce of the Parish of Swale clyffe in the County of Kent widdowe being sicke in body but whole in mynd (thanks be given to Allmightie God) doe make and ordayne this my last Will and Testament in maner and forme followinge
First I bequeath my soule into the hands of Allmightie God my Creator and Redeemer and my bodye to be buryed in Swaleclyffe Churchyard

Then I give unto Alice Church my daughter fourtie pounds which I will shall be payd unto her the first day of August next ensuinge after my decease
Item I forgive unto George Church my sonne in lawe the tenn pounds which he oweth mee
Item I give unto John Fuller my grand child twenty pound which I will shalbe payd unto him at his age of one and twenty yeares
Item I give unto John Sackett and unto Annas Sackett his Sister my grandchild five pound a peece to be payd unto them at their age of one and twentye yeares
Item I give unto Robart Church and Joane Church my grandchildren tenn pounds a peece to be payd unto them at their age of one and twentye yeares

And I wyll that yf the sayd Robart Church shall depart this life before his sister then the sayd Joane his sister shalbe his heire of all the porcon which I have given unto him And yf they both shall dye and their mother my daughter Alice shall survive I will that my sayd daughter Alice shall have all their porcons which by this my Will I have given unto them

Item I give unto Elias Trusser my sonne in lawe tenn shillings
Item I give unto all the children of Bartholomew Williams of St. Lawrence in the I[s]le of Thanett two shillings a peece
Also I give unto Noah Spencer of the said St. Lawrance his children two shillings a peece
Item I give unto the two daughters of William Sande two shillings a peece
Item I give unto Susan Sackett my daughter my Cloth gowne my stuffe apron and my great Chest in the loft

Item I give to Alice Church my daughter my featherbed with the new tike, a bouldster, a pillowe my greene rugge and two blanketts with my two daughters (crossed through) Chests, and the box in the old p[ar]lour with the linnen in the box, and in one of the Chests Also I give unto my said daughter Alice my stuffe gowne

Item I give unto Dennies Goodne my god daughter Two shillings and six pence
Item I give unto Ethelred Cleybrooke my god daughter two shillings and six pence
Item I give unto Ellis Hart my god daughter two shillings and six pence
Item I give unto Hanna Sackett my grand Child and god daughter two shillings and six pence
Item I give unto the poore of the parish of Swaleclyffe tenn shillings Richard Sackett my sonne in Lawe whome I doe hareby make and ordayne the sole Executor of this my last Will & testament

In Witnesse whereof I have set my m[a]rk and seale the day and yeare above written

Notes:
Vidua [Widow] Lunce was buried 1st April 1624 at St. John the Baptist, Swalecliffe, Kent.
George Church of Swalecliffe married Alice Fuller, Widow of Swalecliffe, on the 23rd September 1611 at St. Mary Breadman, Canterbury, Kent, by Lic[ence].
Elias Trusser married Elizabeth Anderson, singlewoman, on 17th May 1615 at St. Dunstan, Canterbury, Kent, by Licence.
Susan(na) Lunce married Richard Sackett 21st January 1619/20 at Swalecliffe.
