The residue of all my goods, plate & household stuf not willed nor bequethed after my detts payd and this my pr[e]sent testament fulfilled and

and master Doctor Huysse Vicar of Cranebroke to be solicitor and advisor to hym

Also I ordeyn and make Master John Baker and Mr. Water Hendley my trusty Overseers of this my testament to be truly fulfilled and p'formyd, and
that yt may please them to take the payne to pen and set in order this my present testament by their good advyse after my true meaning and I
bequeth to every of them for their labour and payne xls
Also I will that all suche proffytts of the Lands that shall fortune or (be) gyven unto Robert Lynche my sone shalbe receyved by Elizabeth
my wyfe his mother untill he shall come to thage of xxv yeres and my seyd wyfe to delyvr hym therof what yt please her
and yf my sayd wyfe fortune to deceas before the sayd Robert Lynche comyth to his age of xxv yeres then I will that Alexannder
