I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever after and subject to the payment out of my personal estate of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses unto and to the use of my daughter Mary White wife of Daniel White absolutely
and I nominate and appoint my said son in law the said Daniel White and his wife the said Mary White executor and executrix of this my last will and testament and hereby revoking all former wills by me made I publish and declare this only to be my last will and testament
in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this
fifteenth day of January one thousand eight hundred and forty seven. Mary Major Signed

testament in the presence of us who at her request and in her presence and in the presence
of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses

Proved at London 6th Feby 1851 before the Worshipful James Parker Kane Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the oaths of Daniel White and Mary White (wife of the said Daniel White) the daughter the executors to whom Admon was granted having been first sworn duly to administer.
