And by her Will dated 24th October 1815 attested by three witnesses with a Codicil dated 12th April 1823 by her will appoint her Nephew George Mandy and her son James Mandy Executors to whom Probate was granted at Doctors' Commons 21st June 1824.
Elizabeth Blake (wife of William Blake) the daughter of the said deceased whose Interest is affected by the said Codicil having first consented as by Act of Court appear
IN THE WILL ARE THE FOLLOWING WORDS I give and bequeath unto each of my Sons James Mandy and Henry Mandy the sum Two Hundred Pounds three pounds per cent Bank annuities now standing in my name in the books of the Bank of England and I direct that the two Several sums of two hundred pounds three per cent consolidated Bank annuities shall be respectively transferred to my said sons so soon as conveniently may be after my decease to and for his and their own respective use and benefit but in the case of the death of my said son Henry Mandy before the said legacy intended for him shall become transferable then I direct that the same shall sink into and be considered as part of the general residue of my Estate and Effects
I give and bequeath unto George Mandy and my said son James Mandy the like
sum of Two hundred pounds three per cent Bank annuities upon Trust
I give and bequeath unto my daughter Lydia Arnold the sum of Two Hundred
pounds three per cent Bank annuities which I direct shall be transferred into her
own name as soon as conveniently may be after my decease but in case of her
decease in my lifetime then I direct that the said last mentioned sum of two
hundred pounds three per cent Bank annuities shall be transferred unto her son
James Arnold his executors and administrators to and for his and their own use
and benefit
I APPOINT THE SAID GEORGE MANDY AND JAMES MANDY EXECUTORS
