Imprimis my Will is that in convenient time after my Decease All my Debts Legacys and Funeral Expences are satisfied and paid
Item my will and desire is that all my Messuages or Tenement Lands and Premises with the Appurtenances situate lying and being
in the Parishes of Egerton and Boughton Malherbe in the said County and now in the Tenure or Occupation of John May and
____ Record be sold after my Decease
and in order to make a Good and perfect Title thereto I give devise and bequeath the said
Messuages or Tenement Lands and Premises with the Appurtenances unto my Five Daughters:
Clement the Wife of John Barling
Mary the Wife of John Hills
Elizabeth the Wife of John Haffenden
Martha the Wife of William Chapman
and Sarah the Wife of the Revd. Mr. Edward Dering
and to their Heirs and Assigns for ever
they paying to my Executor out of the moneys arising by such Sale the Sum of One Hundred pounds which said Sum of One Hundred pounds
I do give and bequeath to my Grandson Thomas Chapman by Susannah my Daughter now deceased
And I do hereby direct and appoint my said Executors to put out at Interest the said Sum of One Hundred pounds for the use of my said Grandson untill he shall attain to the Age of one and twenty Years and that such Interest be applyed towards the Education or cloathing of the said Thoams Chapman according to the Discretion of my said Executor
But if it shall happen that my said Grandson Thomas Chapman shall dye before he attain to the Age
of one and twenty Years then I give and bequeath the said Sum of One Hundred Pounds unto my
said Five Daughters Clement Mary Elizabeth Martha and Sarah equally to be divided between them
And if any of my said Daughters shall dye before the said Thomas Chapman my Grandson
shall attain to the Age of one and twenty Years my will is that the Child or Children of such Daughter
so dying shall have and receive the share or part of the said One Hundred pounds
Item I do give devise and bequeath unto my said Five Daughters Clement Mary Elizabeth Martha and Sarah and to their Heirs for ever as Copartners and not as joint Tenants all that peice or parcell of fresh marsh lying and being in the Parish of Warehorn and now in the Occupation of ____ Masters
Item I give and bequeath into my said Five Daughters Clement Mary Elizabeth Martha and Sarah (after my Debts Legacys and Funeral Expences and the Probate of this my Last Will and Testament are satisfied and paid) all my Goods Chattells and personal Estate whatsoever equally to be divided between them
Item I do hereby nominate and appoint the Revd. Mr. Dering Vicar of Charing aforesaid Executor of this my last Will and Testament and do hereby revoke all former and other Wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made declaring this to be my only last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said Mary Mannooch have to this my last Will and Testament Set my Hand
and Seal this Second Day of October in the first Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith etc. Anno dini 1727.

Notes:
Mary Mannooch was buried at St. Mary, Little Chart on 11th October 1727. Little Chart is less than 3 miles from Charing.
Daniel Mannouch of Charing, husbandman & Mary Parkes of Charing, spinster 27, licence dated 14 Nov 1682, married same day at
St Mary Bredin Canterbury.
Daniel was buried at Little Chart December 1694

Clementia (m.1703 Canterbury St Margaret by licence) was baptised 13 Nov 1683 Charing; Mary (m.1704 Charing); Elizabeth (m.1719 & 1723 Charing);
Martha (m.1720 Charing) was baptised 5 Nov 1692; Sarah (m.1714 Charing) was bapt. 18 Mar 1694 and Susannah (m.1725 Charing).
