Will of George Mantell

of Chislehurst, Kent

I give & bequeath unto my brother James Mantell of Farnborough in the said County the sum of Ten pounds of lawful money of Great Britain

also I give unto my brother Richard Mantell of the ....Inn in the Borough of Southwark the sum of ten pounds of lawful money of Great Britain

I also give unto my brother John Mantel of Black Friars Road in the County of Surry the sum of Ten pounds of lawful money of Great Britain

I also owe unto my brother Thomas Mantell of Keston in the said County the sum of five pounds of lawful money of Great Britain

The residue of my estate both real and personal I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Rogers widow of Chislehurst aforesaid

I hereby appoint Mr John Coates of Chislehurst and Mrs Elizabeth Rogers aforesaid as my Exor and Executrix to this my Will

In Witness hereof I have hereunto set my hand this fourth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirteen The mark X of G Mantell Witness our hands
