To be buried in the churchyard at Throwley.
Item: to the high alter 12 pence.
Item: to the Saints lights there 4 pence
Item: to the cross light 4 pence and a bacon hog.
Item: to every child of my brother Thomas living 4 pence.

Item: to any child of Katherine Lull and Alice Cocke my sisters living 4 pence.
At my burying day my executors in dirges and masses and charitable works to pray for my soul 6 shillings and 8 pence and at my years mind 6 shillings and 8 pence.

The rest of my goods to my mother Elizabeth Marshall.
She and George Marshall my brother to be my executors.

Witnesses: Stephen at Snoth the old, Simon Redbarrow and John Fynne.

Simon Redbarrow my feoffee to sell 2 pieces of land to pay my debts.
The rest to my mother for her life, then to my brother George, he paying Robert, Bartholomew and Richard my brothers 20 shillings and to Katherine Lull, Alice Cocke and Elizabeth Marshall my sisters 13 shillings and 4 pence.

Item: to Simon Marshall son of my brother Thomas 6 shillings and 8 pence.
Item: if George Marshall should die my lands to go to Richard Marshall, he paying as before, in fee simple.
