Item: To Thomas Marshall the son of John Marshall my son at the age of 22 �10 and for lack of payment to enter my lands called Palmers and take what he can till the payment is paid.

each to be each other�s heir.
Item: To Sampson and Thomas Marshall my sons all my corn now growing and that in the barn at Throwley equally divided.

Item: to Sampson Marshall my son my house and garden and 6 acres of land being upon Clares Forstall in Throwley, 8 acres of land called Brodstede where I bought 4 acres of land of John Fynn, the other 4 acres, by overland, 18 acres of land, one prell called Iggledene about 9 acres and another prell called Brodstede, 6 acres called Grene way, 3 acres and another prell called Waterwytch, 3 acres all in Throwley in fee simple, paying my wife 20 shillings a year.
Item: to Thomas Marshall my son, my house called the Nether House, one piece of land called the neck, one acre and one piece of land called the Byndfelde, 4 acres, and another field called Hucksfelde about 4 acres and one piece of land called the wodes, 4 acres and one piece of land called Byndsede with a grown wood, 4 acres and a garden called Timers garden half acres and a wood leading from Huckesfield, 4 acres, 2 prells of land called Gybbes and Bouses croft 4 acres, 2 parcels of land adjoining to Gilders, one called Taylor�s Hynfyld, the other middle croft, 6 acres, the other prell of land called Rymes, one yard all in Throwley, paying to Margaret my wife 20 shillings a year.
Item: if my wife Margaret is not paid she to take the money from their land.
Item: I will that Thomas Marchall my son and his heirs occupying the Nether
house shall have free passage to and from the well at my house called Clares
Forstall and have the water from the well for their use.
