To be buried in the church of Boughton Aluph.
Item: for repairs to the church 6 shillings and 8 pence.
Item: to the poor 2 shillings and 6 pence.

Item: to my wife Bennett my lease of Boughton Court where I now dwell and all my moveable goods.
My wife to put into bonds within 10 days �300 unto my overseer, to pay to John Southland the sum of �8 in full to discharge the debt of my house and land at Heeler�s.
If my wife does not do as directed then my son Thomas is to pay her �20 within 1 month and to have the lease of Boughton Court.

Item: Richard Burrow to be my overseer.
Witnesses: William Smyth, Symon Chapman and Richard Burrow

Item: all my lands in Boughton Aluph and Throwley to Bennett my wife for three years, after the said 3 years to my of my daughters for 2 years, she suffering no wilful or voluntary waste.
Item: I then will the said lands in Boughton Aluph now mortgaged to john Southland to Thomas my son, he paying his mother �5 yearly.

Item: To Richard my son my lands now mortgaged to ..... Owen, by estimation 16 acres called Nether House, one prell of land called Rod about 2 acres in Throwley, he to pay his mother 20 shillings a year.

Item: To my son William my lands in the occupation of Simon Thomas and Robert Huggins in Throwley, paying to his mother 40 shillings.
