To be buried in the church of Boughton Aluph besides my husband Sampson Marschall.
Item: for repairs to the church 6 shillings.
Item: to the poor 2 shillings.

Item: To Thomas Marshall my son 33 shillings and 4 pence.
Item: To William Marshall my son �10 and one grey knag.
Item: To the wife of John Sprotte of Eastwell my best swarm of bees I had this year and one of my best bacon hogs of her choice.

Item: I will that whereas I owe Robert Parret my servant 11 shillings he is to be paid within one month of my decease by my son in law Thomas Goldsmith.
Item: To Amy Goldsmith my daughter his wife all my linen and woollen apparel which belongs to my body.
Item: To Elizabeth Jennings my servant a lamb and 10 shillings which her mother put into my hands for her use.
Item: to Thomas Goldsmith and Amy one seam or quarter of wheat and one seam of malt for 6 years.

The rest of my goods to my son Richard Marschall.
My good friend, John Sprotte to be my overseer.

To Thomas Goldsmith and Amy my two tenements and 5 acres called the English Cross or Hammonds in Boughton Aluph,
after their decease to Thomas their son.
If he die to Richard Marshall my son, paying the sisters of Thomas Goldsmith and daughters of Amy �5 each at 21 years of age.
