In the name of God Amen The Seaven and twentieth day of October one thousand Six hundred Fifty and three
I George Marshall of the parish of Cudham in the County of Kent beinge weake of bodie but of Sound and perfect memorie praysed bee God doe make my Last will and Testament in forme and manner Folloewinge
Inprimis I Commend my Soule into the hands of Allmightie God my maker And of Jesus Christ my Redeemer by vertue of whose death and merritts I hope most Assuredly to bee Saved And my body to the Earth from whence it came to bee decently buried

Item I give unto my Sonne in law Christopher Harmmon Fifteene pounds to bee payd him by my Executrixes hereafter named Two yeares after my death
Item I give unto my grandChild George Harmmon at Fifteene yeares of age Fifteene pounds to bee payd him by my Executrixes
Item I give unto my grandchilde Joane Stiles Tenn pounds Too bee payd her by my Executrixes at Eighteene yeares of age

Item I give unto Thomas Marshall the Sonne of Nicholas Marshall And to George Marshall the Sonne of Robert Marshall Two Ewe Sheepe apeece to each of them To bee delivered them by my Executrixes at or on the Nyne and twentieth of September next

Item I make my Loveinge wife Susan Marshall And my daughter Alice Marshall Executrixes of this my Last Will and Testament
Item I intreate my Two brothers Henry Glover And William Ansell To bee Overseers of this my Last Will and Testament Guiveinge them Two Shillings apeece for their Care hereof

I acknowledge and justifye this to bee the will of George Marshall as I receaved it from him takeinge every particuler from his mouth in Writeinge

This Will was proved at Westminster The Seaven and twentieth day of October in the yeare of our Lord God Accordinge to the Computation of the Church of England one thousand Six hundred Fifty and foure Before the Judges for probate of Wills and grantinge Administrations Lawfully Authorized by the oathes of Susan Marshall the Relict of the sayd deceased and Alice Marshall The naturall and Lawfull daughter of the sayd deceased To whom was Committed Administration of all and Singuler the goods Chattles and debts of the Sayd deceased They beinge Joynt Executrixes named in this Last Will and Testament of the Sayd deceased And both Legally Sworne Faithfully to Administer the same.
