All my Real Estate whatsoever I devise unto my dear Son Joshua Marshall and his Heirs forever My Son Edmund being already well provided for
Item I give and bequeath unto Mary Epps in case she shall be in my Service at the time of my decease the Sum of ten pounds to be paid her within three months after my death
Also my Wearing apparel and the Residue of my personal Estate I give to my said Son Joshua and appoint him sole Executor of this my Will

This Will was proved at London the nineteenth day of March in the Year of our Lord One thousand
seven hundred and seventy eight before the Right Worshipful Sir George Hay, Knight, Doctor of
Laws, Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by
the Oath of Joshua Marshall the Son of the deceased and sole Executor named in the said Will to whom Admon. was granted of all and
singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased having been first sworn by Commission duly to administer.
