I Thomas Martin of East Peckham in the County of Kent Yeoman hereby revoking all former Wills and Testaments or testamentary papers declare this to be and contain my last Will and Testament

I give and bequeath unto my dear Wife Sarah Martin all my household goods and furniture and all provisions for housekeeping, all my farming effects both live and dead and all other my Estate and Property whatsoever and of what nature or kind soever
To hold the same and every part thereof unto her my said Wife her executors and administrators absolutely, she paying thereout of all my debts and funeral expences the charges of proving this my Will and all charges incident thereto

And I do make ordain and appoint my said Wife sole Executrix of this my Will

In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Martin have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the first day of March one thousand eight hundred and thirty six

Signed Sealed Published and declared by the said Thomas Martin as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as Witnesses

Proved at London 22nd October 1839 before the Judge by the Oath of Sarah Martin Widow the Relict the sole Executrix to whom adm[inistrati]on was granted having been first sworn by Com[missi]on duly to administer.
