In the name of God Amen the xviij th day of Februarie Anno Dni 1589
I Roger Mason of Marden in the Countie of Kente husbandman beinge sicke in Bodie yet of good & p�fecte remembrance thancks be given unto Almightie God therefore doe make this my laste will and Testament in manner & forme followinge
Firste I commende my Sowle into the hands of almightie God my onlie Creator redemer sanctifier trustinge that by the p�tius Bloud sheddinge of his sonne Jesus Christ my onlie Savior all my sinnes are freelie p�doned & forgiven mee & my Bodie to be buried in the Churche yarde of Marden.

Item I will & bequeathe unto Joanne Mason my daughter one Cubboarde, one Cheste & iij lambes to be delivered unto her by mine executrix imediatly after my decease

Itm I give & bequeathe unto Edwarde Mason the sonne of Edwarde Mason one lambe to be put out to his most comoditie by his Father.

All the residue of my goods moveable & unmoveable, Cattell, corne & howsholde stuffe I give whoolie unto Dennisse Mason my wife whom I constitute & appointe Sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.

In Witnes whereof I the saide Roger Mason have setto my hande the day & yere firste above written.

Also I give and bequeathe unto William Mason my sonne one caldron to be delivered unto him by mine Executrix when hee shalbe hereafter married.
Also I give & bequeathe unto Agnes Mason my daughter sixe shillings viij d to be paide unto her imediatly after the decease of Dennisse my wife.
