Item I give devise and bequeath unto my loving Wife Mary Mason for and during the Term of her natural Life All that my Messuage or
Tenement with all the Buildings and Hereditaments whatsoever thereunto belonging situate lying and being in the Town and Liberty of Faversham
aforesaid and now in my own Occupation
And from & immediately after the decease of my said Wife I give and devise my said Messuage or Tenement and prmises unto my Sister Bennet
Coningsby for and during the term of her natural Life
And from and immediately after the decease of my said Sister Bennett Then I give devise and bequeath my said Messuage or Tenement and prmises with the Appurten[an]ces unto my good Friend Elizabeth Barns Wife of John Barns of Faversham aforesaid Butcher and to the Heires and Assigns of the sd. Elizabeth Barns forever, Chargable nevertheless with the Payment of the Sum of Twenty Pounds of lawfull money of England thereout to my Brother in Law Phillipp Philpot late of Faversham aforesaid Bricklayer
But in Case the said Phillipp Philpot shall not happen to survive and overlive my said Wife and Sister Then I give devise and bequeath unto the Child or Children of the said Phillip Philpot that shall happen to be living at the decease of my said Wifes Sister the Sum of Twenty Pounds of like money chargable upon and payable out of my said Messuage or Tenement and prmises aforesaid in equal Shares and Proportions if there shall happen to be more Children than One living otherwise to one such Child Entirely if there be but one then living
Item I give and bequeath unto my said Sister Bennett Coningsby the Sum of Twenty Shillings to buy her a mourning Ring to wear in Remembrance of me
Item I give & bequeath unto my said Brother in Law Phillip Philpot if he happens to be living at my decease, otherwise to the Issue of his Body
that shall happen to be then living the Sum of Twenty Shillings to be paid to him or them within Three months after my decease
Item I give and bequeath unto the said John Barns and Elizabeth his Wife Two Rings of the Value of Twenty shillings apeice in money
Item all the rest of my goods chattels plate ready money linnen beding and Personal Estate whatsoever I give and bequeath unto my loving Wife Mary Mason she paying my debts legacies funeral and other incident charges in proving this my Will or otherwise
Item I do make nominate and appoint my said loving Wife Mary Mason full and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills and Testaments

Notes:
Tho: Mason was buried at St. Mary of Charity, Faversham, Kent on 29th January 1720/21.
Thomas Mason, Widower, Cordwainer, married Mary Read, Widow, both of Faversham, at St. Mary of Charity, Faversham on 17th November 1710.
Thomas Mason had previously married Mary Rickson, both were of Faversham, at St. Mary of Charity, Faversham, on 1st February 1686/87.
This Mary Mason, wife of Tho: was buried 28th March 1710 at Faversham.
Thomas’s Sister Bennet married at Faversham: Josua Conisby and Bennet Mason, both Fav’, 11th December 1686.
