I MARGARET MATSON of Kennington in the County of Kent, Widow make my last Will and Testament as follows.

First I will all my Just Debts be fully paid and satisfied.
I give to my two Sons WILLIAM MATSON and THOMAS MATSON the sum of two hundred pounds consolidated Annuities of the Bank of England or in whatever other Fund or Stock the said sum of two hundred pounds shall or may be placed out.

And all the Rest and Residue and Remainder of my Goods Chattels Personal Estate and Effects I give and bequeath to my two said Sons
subject to the payment of the sum of two guineas to my Maid Servant ELIZABETH ROFFE in case she shall live with me at my decease
and of all my Debts Funeral and other incident Charges and Expenses.

And I make my said Sons Executors of my Will.

In Witness whereof I have to my last Will and Testament set my Hand and Seal this 21st Day of November in the year of Our Lord 1765. MARGARET MATSONs Mark.
