Whereas in and by Certaine Articles of Agreement indented made and Executed the eight and
twentyeth Day of February One thousand Seven hundred and twelve before my Intermarriage with my Now loveing Wife
Mary it is provided that the Sum of Three hundred pounds Should be layd out in a purchase of Lands and Tenements to be
conveyed unto John Steeres and Arthur Harris Clerke Trustees in the said Articles named to be Settled as an Addition to my
said Wife�s Joynture and to such other Uses as in the articles are mentioned and expressed
And Whereas I have lately layed out the Sume of Two hundred and Threescore pounds in the purchase of a Messuage Tenement or Inn
called the Kings Arms Situate and being in Westerham aforesaid which I intended to settle pursuant to the Said Articles
Now therefore to the intent and purpose that the Said Articles as farr as in me lyes may be
complyed with and performed My Will and Mind is and I do hereby give and Devise the said Messuage Tenement or Inn all
and every the appurtenances thereto belonging unto the said John Steeres and Arthur Harris and Their Heirs upon the Same
Trusts And to and for the same uses Intents and purposes as the Lands to be purchased with the said Sume of Three
hundred pounds are in and by the Said Articles directed to be Setled in Lieu and Satisfaction of Two hundred and Threescore
pounds directed to be layd out in a purchase as aforesaid
and as to all my Goods Chattells and personall Estate whatsoever after my Debts and Funerall Expences are payd and satisfied I Give the Same unto my two Daughters Mary and Elizabeth Maurice equally to be Divided between them Share and Share alike
And I Doe make my loving Wife Mary Sole Executrix of this my Last Will Revokeing all former Wills by me made
In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament in Writing contained in one Sheet of paper Set my hand and Seal
