Item I give and bequeathe unto my cosen John Maxfeilde of London and to his wife eache of them a gould ringe of the value of two

Item I give unto eache of my howsholde servauntes over and besides there wages five shilling apeece
All which severall somes of money aforesaide I will shalbe paide unto everie of the severall parties before mentioned within one yeare next and
imediatlie after my decease
All the rest of my goodes and of --- plate jewell and all other goodes moveable and unmoveable of what nature and condition soever with the advowson of my benefice I give and bequeath unto Joane my wife payinge my debts and leagacies whome I make and ordaine my sole executrix of this my laste will and testament
Moreover and besides all my goodes and chattells and the rest before mentioned I give unto the said Joane my wife and to
her heires forever my howse in Dartforde nowe in the teanure and occupation of William Hasellwood with all the edificies and landes
thereunto belonginge in as lardge and ample manner as I bought the same of Richard Deathe
And allso all morgages Annuities and other estates whatsoever I do likewise give unto her and to her heires forever
And for the quiet and more peaceable assuraunce of the giftes and leagacies aswell to my saide wife given and bequeathed as allso to all other the p’ties before mentioned I do herebie revoke and utterlie make voide all former wills and testamentes by me heretofore made whatsoever and acknowledg theise presente to be my irrevocable laste will and testamente and ordaine the same to stande in full force and effect to all intentes and purposes of my minde as is before rehersed
finallie desieringe my brother John Walker of Fawlkeham and my brother Robert Walker of Horton to be my overseers of this my laste will and testament for the more due and faithfull execution of the same I give and bequeathe unto eache of them Tenne shillinges
