And first I Give and bequeath all my Estate whatsoever and wheresoever as well Real as personall and of what sort soever the same may be, without herein particularly describing the same, Unto my beloved Aunt Alice Maynard of Cranbrook in the said County Widow her Executors Administrators and assigns Upon this Special Trust and Confidense only that she the said Alice Maynard shall and do as soon after my Decease as Conveniently Can be, Sell and dispose of all my said Estate as well Real and personall and to apply the whole produce of my said Estates, arising by such Sale, unto and amongst my Children Ann Maxted Mary Maxted and John Maxted Equally to be divided between them share and Share alike and to the respective Heirs Executors and Administrators of the said Ann Maxted Mary Maxted and John Maxted for ever
And I do hereby Constitute and appoint my said Aunt Alice Maynard Executrix of this my Will and Guardian to my said Children to whose Care and Management I Recommend my said Children Ann, Mary and John Maxted,
And now Revoking and Making Void all former and other Wills by me made do declare this to be
my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said Jeremiah Maxted the Testator have to this my Will Set and put my
Hand and Seal this Fourteenth day of July One Thousand Seven Hundred and fifty nine.
