In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Maxted of Eltham in the County of Kent Carpenter Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)

First I Will and Positively order that all my Just Debts and Funeral Expences and the Expences of Proving this my Will be Paid as soon after my Decease as with Conveniency it can be done
Then I Give and Bequeath to my Son John Maxted all my Wearing Apparel And also the Sum of one Guinea

Item I Give and Bequeath unto my Daughters Sarah and Ann Maxted all the Rest residue and Remainder of my Estate and Effects of every sort whatsoever that I shall die Possessed of or intitled to at the time of my Decease to be equally Divided between them share and share alike to be for their use and entirely at their own Disposal

And I do hereby nominate constitute and Appoint Thomas Hill of Eltham aforesaid and the said Ann Maxted to be Joint Executor and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me made at any time heretofore and ratify this only

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twentieth Day of August in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety two Thos Maxted
