Will of Sarah Maxted

of Ramsgate, Kent

I give and bequeath to Eleanor Powell Wife of Uriah Powell of Ramsgate aforesaid the sum of twenty pounds of lawful money of Great Britain
and to my three Cousins Catherine Daniel Wife of Edward Daniel the younger Jane Abbot and Elizabeth Long Abbot Daughters of the Reverend William Abbot all of Ramsgate aforesaid the sum of five pounds each of like lawful money
and to my Executrix herein after named in case she shall take upon her the burthen administering to and executing this my Will the sum of ten pounds of like lawful money

and as for and concerning all the rest and residue both of my Real and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever to me belonging or in any wise appertaining whether in possession expectancy or reversion after all my just debts Funeral charges and the expence of proving this my Will shall have first been thereout paid and discharged I give devise and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my Nephew John Langworthy of Ramsgate aforesaid Son of my late Sister Jane Stokes and to his heirs and Assigns for ever

also I direct my legacies to be paid within six Calendar Months next after my decease
and I appoint my Cousin Sarah Abbot Daughter of the Reverend William Abbot aforesaid sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made

In Witness whereof I the said Maxted the Testatrix have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal this nineteenth day of July in the forty fourth year of the Reign of our Sovereign King George the third and in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and four _ Sarah Maxted
