Item I give and bequeath the summe of forty shillings of good and lawfull moneys of England to bee paid and distributed to such of the poore people of the Parish of Rodmersham aforesaid by my said Executor as hee shall thinke fitt and convenient, within one moneth after my decease
Item I give unto Thomas May my eldest sonne the hangings in the Parlour Chamber as they doe now hange
Item I give to Joshua May my youngest sonne one willow colloured watered tabby petticoat that was his mothers
Item I give, will and bequeath unto my daughter Clement Newland one Chilsbee sheett and one silke
mantle that was her mothers and all the childbed linen which I lent her
Item I will and bequeath all the rest of my personall and reall estate not disposed of unto my sonne Bartholomew May whom I doe nominate and appoint the whole and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament, hee paying all my debts, legacyes and defraying all my funerall charges and expences
And I doe by these presents revoake and make void all other and former Wills whatsoever
