IMPRIS -Item I give unto my loving wife ELIZABETH MAY all my land and house during her natural life and after her decease.
Item I give and bequeath unto my son RICHARD MAY and to my son WILLIAM MAY all that part and parcel of land is my wife's situate, lying and being in the several parishes of Woodnesborough, Word and Sandwich in the County of Kent with the part of the barne that my wife and her sister do now enjoy and now in the occupation of John Bartlet to them the foresaid RICHARD MAY and WILIAM MAY and to their oayres of their body lawfully to begotten and for want of such to the survivor of them and to their Ayres forever.
Item I give to my son GEORGE MAY and to JOHN MAY my sons by ELIZABETH my wife aforesaid all that my messuage and tenement, barn, stable, hous and lands at Westmarsh now in the occupation of William Reely situate, lying and being in the Parish of Ash neere Sandwich in Kent To them the foresaid GEORGE MAY and JOHN MAY and to their Eyers of their bodys lawfully to begotton and for want of such to the survivor of them and to their ayers forever.
And for my personall estate that after my debts, funeral charges and probate of that my Will I give to my aforesaid loving wife after she hath her settlement out of all my moneys, stock and crop and houshold goods to her to divid between my aforesaid children to be divided between them to make them all equall alike or as she thinks fitt to be paid them at their respective ages of one and twenty years.
And I make my foresaid loving wife Sole Executor of this my last Will in the Year of Our Lord one thousand six
