Also I do give and bequeath unto my loveing son JOHN MAY the sume of five pounds of lawful money of Gt. Britain
and do nominate and appoint him my said son JOHN MAY sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
All the Rest and Residue of all and singular my Goods chattells and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever my debts and funerall charges and probate of this my will being first paid and deducted I give and bequeath unto my loving daughter SARAH wife of ROBERT RUGLES and SUSAN wife of JOHN CARRE equally to be divided between them share and share alike.
In Witness whereof to this my last Will and Testament in one sheet
of paper contained my hand and seale I have sett and putt the Day and Year first above written SARAH MAY widow signed sealed published
and declared by the said SARAH MAY to be her last Will and Testament the 7th and 20th Day of May anno dmi 1717 in the presence of
RICHARD NEAME JOHN PARANOR
Whereas JOSEPH MAY of Ash-next-Sandwich in the County of Kent made my last Will and Testament in writing dated 7th and 20th Day of May last past I do hereby confirm the said Will and do further give and bequeath unto my three grandaughters daughters of ELIZABETH the Late wife of ANREW JOAD one third full part of all and singular my goods chattells and personall estate mentioned in my Will to be given to my daughters RUGLES and CARR equally to be divided between them.
Also I do give and bequeath unto my grandsone JOHN MAY the Younger son of my son JOHN MAY my Executor therein named the sume of five pounds to be paid unto him by my said Executor when he shall attain the age of one and twenty yeares.
And I do ratify the other said bequests bequeathed in my said Will and after my other legacies shall be paid unto my daughter RUGLES daughter MARY wife of JOHN CARR by mystake in the said Will called SARAH and to the daughters of my late daughter ELIZABETH wife of the said ANDREW JOAD.
And I do hereby direct? that this my codicille shall be deemed as part of my said last Will and Testament.

be part of her last Will and Testament at the said 5th Day of June 1717 in the presence of
