This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann Maycock of Broadmead in the Parish of Folkestone in the County of Kent Widow

I give to my daughter Hannah Drayner the Wife of James Drayner the sum of One hundred pounds of sterling money
Also I give to my Son Thomas Maycock the like sum of One hundred pounds
which said legacies I direct to be paid within six months after my decease

I give and bequeath to my son John Maycock the interest and dividends of the sum of six hundred pounds sterling money (which said sum of six hundred pounds I direct my Executors hereinafter named to place out at Interest immediately after my decease either on Real or Government Securities) for and during the term of his natural life
And from and immediately after the decease of my said son John Maycock I direct the said sum of six hundred pounds to be disposed of as follows (that is to say)
I give to my said daughter Hannah Drayner the sum of two hundred pounds
To my Son Bayly Maycock the sum of two hundred pounds
and to my said Son Thomas Maycock the sum of two hundred pounds

And as All the Residue of my Estate and Effects both Real and Personal I give devise & bequeath the same unto my said two Sons John Maycock and Thomas Maycock equally to be divided between them as Tenants in Common and not as joint Tenants and to their several heirs executors administrators and assigns

And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said Sons John Maycock and Thomas Maycock to be Executors of this my Will
And I do hereby revoke all former Wills

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty first day of February in the Year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty eight Ann Maycock
