First I desire all my just debts and funeral expences to be fully paid and satisfied
And then I give devise and bequeath All and every my Real and Personal Estate of whatever nature
or kind the same may be in the Kingdom of Great Britain or otherwise or in reversion remainder or expectancy unto my dear Wife Mary Mayer
(who was the daughter of Stephen Chilman of Plaxtol in the Parish of Wrotham in the County of Kent Farmer now deceased) absolutely
and I nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife Mary Mayer Executrix of
this my Will hereby revoking all Wills by me at any time made
In Witness whereof I the said William Mayer the Testator have to this my last Will
and Testament contained in one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this
