I give and bequeath the sum of one hundred pounds sterling unto William Ring of Sevenoaks aforesaid Baker and Edwyn Evans Cronk of the same place Auctioneer to be held by them nevertheless upon the trusts hereinafter declared concerning the same
And after payment thereof and subject also to the payment of my debts and funeral and testamentary expences
I give and bequeath one moiety or equal half part of The Residue of my Estate and Effects unto James Mayer the Father of my lately deceased husband
And I give and bequeath the other moiety or equal half part of the residue of my said Estate and Effects unto the said
William Ring and Edwyn Evans Cronk to be also held by them upon the trusts hereinafter declared cocncerning the same
and my will is that the said William Ring and Edwyn Evans Cronk their executors administrators and assigns shall stand possessed of such last mentioned moiety of my said residuary Estate and also of the said legacy or sum of one hundred pounds upon trust to pay the interest dividends or other annual income thereof unto my Mother Mary Chilman during the term of her natural life
And after her decease upon trust as the the principal thereof unto my brother Thomas Chilman and my sister Elizabeth Sainsbury Palmer to be equally divided between them share and share alike
And I appoint the said the said William Ring and Edwyn Evans Cronk Executors of this my Will
And it is my will that in case of the death refusal or incapacity to act of either or both my said trustees before the full performance of the trusts
of this my Will it shall be lawful for my said Mother by any writing under her hand to appoint any other person or persons to supply the place of
either or both of them so dying refusing or being incapable to act as aforesaid and so from time to time as often as occasion shall require and
immediately after every such appointment the Estate and Effects then subject to the trusts of this my Will shall be conveyed assigned and
transferred so as to be made to vest in such new trustee or trustees jointly with the surviving or continuing trustee or solely as the case may require

I Mary Mayer of Sevenoaks in the County of Kent Widow declare this to be a Codicil to my last Will and Testament bearing date the sixth day of June last
I give and bequeath all my wearing apparel and my watch rings trinkets and personal Ornaments to my Mother Mary Chilman
And I bequeath to my brother in law George Mayer the sum of ten pounds to be paid him within one month next after my decease
And in all other respects I confirm my said Will
