I doe freelie give and bequeathe unto Elizabeth Mayowe my wife duringe all the time and t�me of her
naturall life shee keepinge it & them sufficientlie repayred & enclosed, makinge no strippe nor waste upon the p�misses
Provided neverthelesse that the said Elizabeth at all times when needed shalbe in any pte of the saide
p�misses shall fell & cut downe sufficiente timber for the reparacon & refeccon? of the saide p�misses &
shall top & loppe the trees for fuell at all seasonable times in the yeare
And after the decease of the saide Elizabeth Mayowe my wife I doe give and bequeathe unto William Mayowe my sonne all that my messuage and landes whatsoever & to the heires of his Bodie lawfullie begotten for ever.
And for wante of suche heires of his bodie lawfullie begotten I give & bequeathe all the saide messuage & landes whatsoever unto Thomas Mayowe my sonne & to the heirs of his bodie lawfullie begotten for ever.
And for wante of such issue of his Bodie lawfullie begotten I give & bequeath All the said my messuage & lands whatsoever unto Agnes Weeks the wife of Tho. Weeks my daughter & to her heirs for ever.

Thomas married Elizabeth HODGE (possibly a widow) 20 Sep 1569
Agnes was baptised 2 Jul 1570 and married Thomas Weeks 28 Jul 1586 at Marden.
William was baptised 1 Jan 1573/4
Thomas Sr was buried 7 Feb 1590/1 and his widow Elizabeth was buried 28 Feb 1601/2.
Elizabeth also left a will.
