First I give and bequeath unto Henry my Sonne One hundred and twenty poundes which is to be paide into the hands of my brother William
Sharpe of Sandeherst within Six moneths next after my decease to be putt out on good Security The Interest or proffitt goeing towardes the
education of him I doe further more desire that the said William Sharpe do take and keep the aforesaid Henry Schoole untill he shall attaine the
age of seaventeene yeares and then to take in twenty poundes of the said one hundred and twenty and to putt him onto to be an apprentice
And the other hundred poundes with the proffitt of itt if any shall be due he shall receive att the age of one and twenty yeares Also I doe give
unto him my said Sonne Henry my Silver salt and my silver Cupp which is double guilted
Also I give unto John Merry and Anthony my Sonnes the Summe of fifty poundes a peice to be paid by my Executrix unto them att the ages of
one and twenty yeares respectively
Also I give unto my aforesaid Sonne John my Silver Cupp
Also I give unto the Child which my Wife is now great of the Summe of one hundred poundes to be paid unto it when it shall attaine unto the age
of one and twenty yeares and is to be paid by my Executrix
my Will is further That if any my foresaid Children shall dye before they attaine the ages of one and twenty yeares then theie portions shall be
equally devided betweene my Surviveing Children
Also I give unto my brother Robert Harley the Summe of forty shillings
Also I give unto Caleb Spice Forty Shillings to be paid unto him within a moneth next after my decease
Also I give unto all my household Servants ten shillings a piece to be paid within a month after my decease
Also I give unto my Brother William Sharpe and Laurence Foster of Cranbrooke the Summes of three poundes a peice
which sayd William Sharpe and Laurence Foster with John Rolfe I doe desire to be Overseers To this my last Will Also my minde
is That they and either of them shall be paid their resonable Charges and expenses which they shall
be att (about the performance of this my Will) by my Executrix afternamed
Also I give unto my Loveing Wife Marcy whome I make and ordaine of this my last Will and Testament my full and sole Executrix of all my goods Chattells houshold stuffe and moveables whatsoever she paying all and every my said Legacies and debts

This Will was proved att Westminster the fourteenth day of June in the year of our Lord god One thousand six hundred fifty and fowre before the Judges for probate of Wills and granting Administrations lawfully authorised by the oath of Mercy Merry the Relict and Sole Executrix named in the above written Will To whome Administration of all and Singular the goods Chattells and debts of the said deceased was Committed she being first legally Sworne by vertue of a Commission truly and faithfully to administer the same.
